The Dairy Plant is under construction, our guided observations will be put on hold during the renovation period. Guided observations will resume after the renovation is complete. We are CLOSED to the public to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and customers.

Our production hours are from 6am-3pm Monday-Friday. The best time to see production is from 6:00am-noon and our production schedule varies day-to-day depending on the time of year.
